Young Website Developer: Help me chose a free web host!?

Hey guys. I'm currently testing out Wordpress (.org) doftware to make a custom blog for my mother's business (photography). Wordpress (.com) did not work out, because it doesn't have plugin features and (free) CSS editing it's themes. Now, see, I'm only fourteen. I'm a fourteen year young boy. I am no hardcore "coder" but I can make my way around things with onloine tutorials, intuition, and cut & paste. I'm trying, right now, to make a dummy site to see if I'm even CAPABLE of making a custom theme for Wordpress. Now, I have no money. I have no choice but to choose a free (and crap-ish) web host. I have used the wonderous tool called google and worked my way down to two web hosts. Tell me which sounds best. As a note, I want to install Wordpress, so please tell me which one will allow me to do so: http://www.oxyhost.com/ http://www.joolo.com/index.jsp Do not let either website's appealing templates persuade you, but tell me froma technical point of view. Thx! P.S. Ca someone please tell me, also, what features I will need for Wordpress that can be found in either hosts: do I need PHP, MYSQL, etc?

1. It sounds like the first one would work, but I would want to verify before doing anything that they have an apache server and allow standard ftp. You don't need a webhost to design a theme. What you really need is to install php, apache, and mysql on your home computer. That's how I did it. It's much easier than uploading every time you want to look at what you did. One package is called xampp. Download it for free, follow directions, and turn it all on.
2. To run WordPress your host just needs a couple of things: * PHP version 4.3 or greater * MySQL version 4.0 or greater That's really it.
