How do you add/use a downloaded Wordpress theme?

I downloaded a theme for my Wordpress blog. Now, I want to be able to use it, but can't seem to figure out how to do so. Can someone please help.

1. WordPress themes usually come in ZIP or RAR files. Unzip the file, which will give you a new folder with bunch of folders and files in it. Place the entire folder inside the WP-Contents\Themes folder. Then log in to your WP Control Panel, choose Design, and click the layout's example image. That's all there is to most themes. Sometimes, other actions are required, but these are usually listed on the page where you downloaded the theme from.
