How do you remove a plugin from wordpress?

I plugged in FKCEditor and it's causing problems. I wrote the author and havn't heard from him. Thanks

1. Ftp into the site, into the wp-content/plugins folder and delete the plugin. You can also deactivate it within the admin panel, but if you can't access it that way, ftp is the way to go.
