What Is Best Free WordPress Translator Plugin?

I was searching for plugins that translate english WordPress blogs and preserve translated page's copy in cache for later indexing by international search engines. I have found one paid called "Angsuman’s Translator Plugin Pro / Gold". However i would like to know if there are free such plugins. If there are such then what free WordPress translation plugins do you recommend?
