Does anybody know how to put a downloaded theme on your wordpress?

I recently found a site (http://www.wpthemesfree.com/index.php?property=Black&page=8) that has free themes for my wordpress blog, but i have no idea how to get them on my blog. Can anyone help me?

1. Extract the files in the themes directory. Now login to your admin panel and go theme manager and select it.
