how do i upload my wordpress theme?

I have downloaded a theme for wordpress its all in a folder.... How do i upload it onto wordpress?

1. Unarchive it into a folder at "wordpress/wp-content/themes/" then select it from your WPadmin dashboard.
2. if it's compressed.. unzip it and upload to the directory wp-content/themes for more info on activating a theme and the tweaks check the source link
