How do You Put a "Sticky" on a WordPress Blog?

I mean a post that stays on top of the page instead of floating downward as you post more posts. Please respond, thanks! :)

2. Some dude wrote the "Adhesive" plugin to do this. Download adhesive.php from the link below, then upload it to your plugins directory and go. Haven't tried it, and the docs seem to be down, so your mileage may vary.
