How to open my Wordpress Blog in Dreamweaver?

I am having problems. I went through the Add a new site instructions, but it just added a folder name of my site that was empty. How do I get a site from a hosting company and CPanel to open in Dreamweaver8? Thanks

1. If you signed up for a wordpress account through their site (wordpress.org), you can only access it through their online login area. If you want to download their wordpress package to upload to your server space, you need to FTP it (when it's unpackaged).
