I have word files on my hard drive. I want to create hyperlinks on my WORDPRESS blog that will lead to them?

I have a bunch of already written MS WORD documents I want to connect to my wordpress blog so there can be a hyperlink in a blog entry that links back to the word files on my computer for readers to check out. Can I do this? If not, how can I achieve the same effect? Wordpress documentation gets me confused about this.

1. if you have a server.... try printing into a PDF with a free PDFWriter printer.... upload to your website host... then embed the link urls...
