Can I take a word document to a wordpress blog?

I have made a word document with fill effect and a table and many other things. Now i tried to copy it and paste it on a wordpress blog, but it only put in the text. Is there a way i can actually have the word document on a wordpress post?

1. What you want to do is very problematic if you don't have much HTML experience. One simple solution is to save the document as a PDF using a free virtual PDF printer such as PrimoPDF http://www.primopdf.com/ You could then create a normal blog entry, upload the PDF, and link to it. Or, you could use GIMP or another image editing program, convert the PDF to JPGs, and place those into a blog post. Otherwise, your only real option is to save your Word document as a Web page and copy / paste the HTML Word creates into your editor. Doing that requires extensive HTML experience. It also requires you to disable the visual editor, which you do through the User tab. Or, if you have Word 2007, it has blog publishing built in.
