Wordpress theme help! urgent!?

whenever i click on the available themes under the presentation tab on my wordpress blog, all it does is show me a sample, it doesnt change anything! i need a step by step "tutorial" on how to chnage my theme! please!

1. the wordpress forums on wordpress.org are your best bet for looking for help with wordpress, or asking the very active community.

3. You should be able to click on the "preview" image under the Presentations tab and once you click on the "preview image" it'll change the theme like that.
