How can I make my wordpress blog widget ready? I am trying to find the code to add to the sidebar.php that will allow me to use widgets and I need to know if I need to change other .php files. I am using 2.2.1 I used some code I found somewhere but I only added it to the sidebar.php and I can only use the calendar widget. When I try to add any others the sidebar format goes all hay wire. Why should I use the tag in my Wordpress blog? I am just starting a blog and slowly learning about how to use it. One of the features I see in Wordpress is the ability to use the tag '<!--more-->' which will only display a certain amount of text before the tag and then add a 'Read More...' link for readers to click over. Does using this tag have any other real advantages aside from making the main page less cluttered?
